EUROPEAN SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by UPS Tracked service, except Ireland & Isle of Man who are shipped by Royal Mail.

Most European orders are delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatch.

The majority of European destinations will incur a €3.99 delivery charge.Delivery to Isle of Man, Greece, Norway & Switzerland is currently charged at €25. Certain destinations - particularly remote islands and highlands - may require an additional delivery surcharge. We will contact you once we've received your order should delivery to your address require any additional payment.

Please note you will be responsible for any additional local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase (if any). By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges.

If you did not find your tracking number via email and you checked out as a guest, please email arcadebelts@hectic.info with your name and order number and customer service will provide you with a tracking number. If you created an account you can find the tracking number under your profile.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your as-new Arcade Belt (with packaging & tags intact) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your order, please carefully package and post back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip and if you would like a refund or exchange.

 We recommend using a recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit. Arcade Belts does not provide a delivery service for returns, but will provide free delivery for all exchange items shipped back to the customer.

If your new Arcade Belts product hasn’t lived up to your expectations and you believe the product to be faulty, please contact us in advance at arcadebelts@hectic.info .

The Fine Print:Please note that Arcade Belts can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser value product and a partial refund.Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser.Arcade Belts can only accept returns for items purchased through our website (www.arcadebelts.eu). All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Arcade Belt was purchased.Arcade Belts cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse.Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. 

To ensure that you receive the item you want we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the item you’d like to exchange. Your new order will ship and once we receive your return we will refund your card for the return.

Yes, if the belt was originally purchased from ArcadeBelts.eu you will be issued store credit for the product amount. Shipping will not be included in your store credit amount.

If your Adventure belt is dirty you can just leave it in your pants through the wash and dry cycles, we just recommend that you clip the buckle closed to prevent the belt from coming out of your pants. We do not recommend machine washing the following belts, Capture Belts with wooden inlays, Utility belts, Leather belts, Woven belts, Crossover belts,  and suspenders. If these need a cleaning a damp cloth will work.

Cutting the excess belt material to shorten the belt is technically against our policy and not covered through our warranty. If you feel that you are unsure of sizing please see our belt sizing charts found here.
